Rep. Bamidele Salam Constitutes Easter Welfare Committee To Support Vulnerable Residents

The Lawmaker representing Ede North, Ede South, Egbedore and Ejigbo Federal Constituency of Osun State at the National Assembly, Rep. Bamidele Salam, has announced the constitution of an Easter Welfare Committee to coordinate the distribution of food and other relief materials ahead of the Easter celebrations.

The initiative, according to the lawmaker, is aimed at supporting the Christian community, with particular focus on vulnerable residents across the four local government areas in the constituency.

In a statement released on Sunday, Salam said the committee would ensure the effective and equitable distribution of welfare items as part of efforts to promote solidarity and ease the burden on disadvantaged households during the festive period.
